♥♥♥♥♥♥

Hey everyone. Hope you are all doing well and good. It was raining here for the past few days. Eventhough it's gloomy, I had fun stitching. I love it when it's raining, curl up with a good book with a cup of coffee or tea or better yet cross stitch while watching TV. In times like these, I find it more comfortable to stitch. So guess what, I had the most productive weekend ever, lol! I've finished all 3 SAL for this month. Not to mention my WIP MT, I've done quite a lot on it. My needle's really smoking hot!!! It sure is, :)

First off is my LHN-Coffee & Tea Private SAL with Jes. The photo is not so good, the sky was gloomy when I took a snap. Anyways, "Frappuccino" is the 5th, one last and this will be over. Jes and I have been happily stitching each motif and now that we're up to the last part, we can't wait to show it off.

While doing the French Knot, a question suddenly popped out of my mind. "Am I supposed to do the same thing in "Caffe Latte"?" I pulled out the chart and checked it out. Oh yeah, looking at the photo on the chart, there should be some dark dots thingy on it. But you know what, there's no mention of it in the chart, I swear! that's why I forgot to stitch it. I did stitch it anyways. Oh well I'm only human. Here's a snap, spot the difference...

Doesn't it look much better with the French Knots? Yup, I couldn't agree more.

Done with "August Rings" for my BC-SAL 2003 Snappers. Such an easy stitch and a delight as well. The colors in it were so nice. I love this motif especially the lighthouse and the waves. I was indecisive at first on what button to use for the bell's clapper but then for no reasons at all, I picked a pink cloud button, hmmmm.

Last but not the least is my EMS-Rose Sampler SAL. Part 8 was mostly letters so it's a fast and easy stitch. I love the rose wreath at the middle. I still have to stitch my initials in it but since letter J is not yet included in this part, I have to wait for Part 9 to do so.

Ellen plans to publish Part 10, 11 and 12 all together in October to give us a chance to finish the sampler for Christmas in case we intend to make it as a gift. How nice and considerate of her! I guess I'm gonna have to stitch all 3 parts in October, albeit it is not a gift, it would be nice for me to finish it before December as I will be on a vacation trip in Phils for a month. I just want a less guilt vacation (if not guilt-free, hehehe).

I thought I will be able to post all my 4 SAL, all at the same time but up to now I am still awaiting this month's chart of Papillon "How Does your Garden Grow?". I guess it will be a little delayed as 2 parts, both 7 & 8, were published in July.

As I've mentioned earlier, I have stitched quite a lot on my Lanarte MT, however no photo to show you yet. I'm very eager to finish it, and so to not break the intensity, no picture taking for now but just busy busy needle. You'll see it, but only when it's done.

Have a nice and safe day everyone! TCA.
