Stitching updates and plans

I didn't get much done on my rotation. Life gets in the way and so I was sidetracked. Anyway, here's what I've stitched so far.
First off is my Lan Roses Triptych. I've worked on the 2nd larger rose and it's almost done. But still I have a lot of the background to stitch and backstitches which will really take so much time. Here's the snap.
The same little progress on my Lan Nesting Birds In Rambler Rose. I've stitched another rose and other spots. Although there are a lot of color changes in this chart, I really love stitching it. I even wanted to concentrate on it but you know my stitching time is very limited for the past few days. I could only stitch 2 to 3 hours at night but if I'm really tired, I just read a book until I get sleepy.
On my PR Mediterraneo, told you I am more interested in stitching the background than the couple and so I did, but only managed to complete one of the pots and the sea at the side of the man.
Aside from those 3 big projects in progress, I also have a SAL to work on, A Stitcher's Hands "Beloved". It is such a delight to stitch. I've completed page 1 but left the wordings undone as I still have to decide whether to keep it or use other wordings. So it'll have to wait until I completed everything else. I'll start with page 5, the completion of this upper part (row 1).
Although all my wip are way too far from completion and definitely carry over to next year, I made some plans already as to my to-do projects. These are all big projects so I can say my to-do projects not just for 2009 (I'm certain) but perhaps for the next 2-3 years, lol! Plus I know something will come which will catch my interest and impend all these.

Some more in the list, CCN Sweet Treats, Permin Christmas Town, SAL with 2 of my friends and Bent Creek The Big Zipper. I have not prepared the fabric for BC as I need to see the fabric included in the kit. I've ordered it and I expect it to arrive soon. This is my last post for this year. We will spend the holidays in our home country and will be offline during those times. We will fly off for Phils next week and will be back on the 18th of Jan.
I want to greet each and everyone of you, advance Happy Holidays!! May you all have a meaningful and merry Christmas and a prosperous and safe 2009. This year has been great for me. I've met nicest people from around the globe and became my friends. Have learnt about other designers (I didn't know they exist), materials and finishes that are new to me which made me realize I still have a lot to learn. New things come which make our stitching life more exciting. Thanks for all the comments, inspirations and ideas you all impart. Hope in my own little way, I've done the same too. More happy and precious memories to come. CHEERS!!!

Caro, thank you for the complimets. Yup, my background photo is the view of Taal Volcano (one of the active volcanoes) on the island of Luzon in the Philippines.
Sherry, I hope I have given you an idea of what my rotation is all about. Big projects but very nice to work on. About the floss I'm using on Beloved, it's Dinky Dyes Silk.
