Hope you all have a prosperous, healthy and happy year of the tiger.
I have just finished stitching a new chart. It's a sampler called "Dear To Me" and is great to stitch to give as gift for a friend.
It has the wordings, "This I stitched with you in mind, a friend so dear that is hard to find." Alphabet chart is included to personalize it with your initials. If you intend to stitch it for yourself, you can replace the wordings with the included alphabet chart. Stitched on 25ct TealoverMe by Jardin de Joy (available soon) 1 over 1 using 1 strand of DMC floss. A 16ct/32ct (or higher) fabric is recommended to make a bigger size sampler.
Here's how it looks with the alphabet and number chart on it in place of the wordings,
Drop me a line here or visit JdJ for orders.

ABoC-SAL "Her Flower Garden"
Block 1: Rose
Today Minkyung sent me a photo of her finished Block 1 Rose.
Fabric: Raw Linen
Threads: DMC as charted
She used a different floss color for the name and replaced the French knots with beads. Great idea!

Two new photos were sent to me today. First is from Maroo. She's stitching each block separately.Fabric: 22ct Hardanger Beige
Threads: DMC as charted
Since she used a lighter color fabric, the border, butterfly and fence were not that visible. She said that her finish is small and cute as she stitched 1 over 1. I'm with her, it's cute and lovely!!
Next is from Artemis. She's also stitching each block separately. She didn't stitch the border as she intend to finish it into round shape.
Fabric: Raw Linen
Threads: DMC as charted
How lovely! The design pops out. Thanks ladies for the photos. Until Block 2.

Threads: DMC as charted
She stitched 1 over 1 and made it into a pincushion.

Here's a photo of Doris' finished block 1.Fabric: Linen (Her DD's choice)
Threads: DMC as charted with some floss change
Since the color of her fabric is light, she replaced the floss for the fence with DMC 4145, and the girl's dress with 224. It turned out really nice. Thanks Doris for the photo.

Nima had finished Block 1 and shared her photo with us. Here it is,Fabric: 14ct Aida her won dyed with coffee
Threads: DMC as charted
It looks pretty. I just love the color of the fabric, it matches really well with the design. Thanks Nima for the photo!

Here's Su-Yeon's photo of her finished Block 1,Fabric: Raw Linen
Threads: DMC as charted
She attached beads instead of stitching French Knots on the girl's head. Good idea! Love the fabric. Thanks L. Heim for the photo.
Ana Maria had finished hers too.
Fabric: 14ct Aida Opal Green
Threads: DMC as charted, replaced White floss with DMC 926
She replaced all the Whites to make it more visible and contrasting to the color of the fabric. I think it looks very nice. The fabric is lovely as well. Thanks Ana for the photo.

Pilar had finished Block 1 too. She had made some color changes & almost done with the border.Fabric: Aida White
Threads: DMC as charted with a few floss change
She replaced the Whites on the borders with a blue color floss and the fence and girl's dress in yellow colors.
The border is almost finished, just a few more Algerian Eye and it's complete.
